According to ZeroHedge, U.S. financial conditions have tightened to levels not seen since the 2020 COVID pandemic. The firm revealed that conditions are even tighter than during the rapid Fed hike cycle in 2022. Stocks ended a volatile week with a bounce, while bond markets showed investor worry about new import tariffs. George Goncalves of MUFG stated that the investment environment has changed. The economy may slow further in upcoming months.
